We have recently added Broadband and Dial-up Internet facilities for our guests through an on-line PC and 54Mbps Wi-Fi network for those wishing to “stay in contact” with businesses or family and friends

Guest Room Rates (2 people sharing)

• Double room with en-suite shower bathroom - £60 per night (Carnoustie Room)
• Double and Twin room with own private bathroom - £60 per night (Monifieth and St. Andrews Rooms)
• Super-King Double room with en-suite bathroom - £70 per night (Gleneagles Room)
• Single room with private bathroom - £35 per night (Blue Room)

Single occupancy rate for the Carnoustie Room is £40 per night
Single occupancy rate for the Monifieth Room is £40 per night
Single occupancy rate for the Gleneagles Room is £50 per night
Single occupancy rate for the St. Andrews Room is £40 per night

Holiday Cottage - B&B Rates (2 people sharing)

When available, our popular holiday cottage (super-king double bed or twin beds) is also available at £80 per night, including breakfast.  Please contact us for availability. Please click on “Our Holiday Cottage” button above left to see more information.

All room rates include full English/Scottish or Continental Breakfast with endless tea or fresh-brewed coffee.

Afternoon Teas & Evening Meals

We are pleased to offer our guests afternoon teas and evening meals by prior arrangement - usually requested by mid-day for that afternoon or evening.

Afternoon teas (English Cream Teas) are priced at £4.95 per person.

Evening meals are priced from £21.50 per person for a 3-course meal, and £18 per person for a 2-course meal. All meals are prepared using fresh, top quality, locally available ingredients (organic where possible) and include an endless pot of tea or fresh-brewed coffee!

We can cater for most food preferences including special diets such as gluten-free (for coeliacs) and vegetarian - please contact us if you have any special requirements.
