Welcome to the Ashlea Manor web-site. Here you will discover all about our Guest House and the guest services we provide.
The house was built around 1870 to high Victorian standards in the Burgh of Monifieth by James Fairweather Low, a local businessman who manufactured machinery for the jute makers. We are a non-smoking home and have a spacious car park with all-night lighting.
Ashlea Manor overlooks the Firth of Tay with its extensive views beyond to Fife. We are ideally placed for keen golfers as we are very close to the two famous Golf Links - Monifieth Golf Course (click on the News button upper-left for more information) and the Carnoustie Golf Course (only 3 miles away along the coast road).
St Andrews with its Golf Course is just a 30 minutes drive away into Fife.
Please browse around the web-pages. If you have questions about our services, or simply need more information, please contact us by telephone, fax or E-mail - or if you are in the area, please call in to see us. We love to show visitors around our home.
Thank you for visiting and we look forward to welcoming you.
